Soft2Bet in depth
Editorial research based on the vendor's public materials, regulator registers and trade press. Researched . Sources are listed at the end of this section.
Soft2Bet is a Malta-headquartered iGaming group founded in 2016 by Uri Poliavich. It runs its own casino and sportsbook brands (Betinia, CampoBet, YoYoCasino, ToonieBet, Lodur, Zinx, Betoro, QuickCasino and others) and sells the same technology stack to third parties as a turnkey platform. The B2B offer covers a player account management system, CMS, CRM, a payments gateway with 220+ methods, casino aggregation of about 9,600 titles, a sportsbook integration, managed services (KYC, AML, risk, 24/7 support) and MEGA, a modular gamification layer. The company reported 85% revenue growth for 2025, launched Betinia in New Jersey through Caesars market access in June 2026 and has a brand-licensing deal to run WPT Royale in Ontario.
The dual role matters for buyers. Soft2Bet is primarily an operator that productised its stack; its B2B references are few and mostly in emerging markets (Channels Media Group in Nigeria) or brand-licensing structures where Soft2Bet itself holds the licence (WPT Royale). In July 2026 a cross-border press investigation (Investigate Europe and partners) alleged that at least 145 regulator-blacklisted sites and about EUR 600m of revenue were linked to the group; Soft2Bet rejected the characterisation, and the Ontario regulator AGCO and the Irish regulator GRAI said they were reviewing the allegations. That review was still open at the time of writing.
Choose Soft2Bet if you want a regulated-market turnkey stack with a mature gamification layer (MEGA) and you accept a vendor that also competes with its own brands in the same markets. Look elsewhere if you need a pure-play supplier with a long public B2B client list, an in-house odds and trading engine, or if the regulatory reviews opened after the July 2026 press investigation are a blocker for your compliance committee.

Products and modules
Soft2Bet markets three packaged offers (iGaming Platform, Turnkey Casino, Turnkey Sportsbook) built from the following modules, as listed on its site in October 2026:
- PAM (player account management): wallet, registration, bonus and responsible-gaming controls; the core on which the group's own brands run.
- CMS and CRM: front-end content management and a campaign and segmentation tool for retention messaging.
- Casino aggregation: the site quotes 6,000+ games, 200+ live tables and 100+ studios; the January 2026 ICE briefing put the catalogue at 9,600+ titles after a 23.9% expansion.
- Sportsbook: pre-match, live, e-sports and virtuals (1m pre-match, 800k live and 10m virtual events a year per the ICE 2026 briefing), with a 24/7 risk layer. The odds and trading engine behind it is not named publicly, and in New Jersey Betinia launched as casino-only.
- Payments: a gateway with 220+ methods and 20 languages.
- MEGA (Motivational Engineering Gaming Application): a gamification layer with named engines (MEGA Clawee, MEGA Chance, MEGA Round, MEGA Loot, MEGA Rally, a 25-level rewards system, missions, cashback boosters). Soft2Bet claims +65% NGR, +45% ARPU and +300% session time for brands using it; these are vendor figures, not audited. For B2B partners MEGA is sold as toggleable engines rather than a fixed bundle. It won Product Launch of the Year at the Global Gaming Awards EMEA 2025.
- Managed services: KYC, AML/CTF, anti-fraud, risk management, responsible gaming and 24/7 or VIP customer support, offered alongside the licence-holding set-ups in Ontario and New Jersey.
Pricing and commercial model
Soft2Bet does not publish prices and no reputable trade outlet has reported its rate card; terms are quoted per project. Public deal structures show three patterns:
- Turnkey plus managed services on a multi-year contract (Channels Media Group, Nigeria, January 2025), where the partner holds the local licence and brand and Soft2Bet supplies platform, MEGA and operations.
- Brand licensing on Soft2Bet's own licence (WPT Royale, Ontario, June 2026), where Soft2Bet develops, launches and operates the site under its AGCO registration and the brand owner licenses its name.
- Market-access partnerships for Soft2Bet's own brands (Caesars Entertainment, New Jersey, 2025-2026), which are B2C deals rather than supply contracts.
Expect a set-up fee plus revenue share or platform fee, with MEGA engines priced as optional modules. Our catalogue entry lists Soft2Bet as an enterprise-tier vendor without published cost ranges; treat any third-party price quotes you find on review sites as estimates.
Licences, certifications and markets
Soft2Bet's site shows the following regulators as of October 2026. Most are B2C licences held by group operating companies; Italy is an explicit B2B approval. The company said in February 2026 it is targeting at least five additional licences this year and in April 2026 that it had applied in Alberta and was progressing approvals in Spain and Portugal.

Soft2Bet does not hold a UK Gambling Commission licence as far as public registers show. ISO or GLI certifications are not published on its site.
Technology and integration
Soft2Bet describes its platform as a mobile-first core with a unified codebase, a microservices back end and real-time analytics; the January 2026 ICE briefing lists compliance-by-design brand builds and localised front ends as the main B2B selling points. An AWS case study published by Amazon says Soft2Bet moved its analytics workloads from on-premises infrastructure to AWS, cutting compute cost by 55% and partner onboarding time by 70%; production hosting arrangements per jurisdiction (for example the Ontario and New Jersey data-residency set-ups) are not described publicly.
Integration details that are not disclosed and should be requested in an RFP: whether the wallet is seamless or transfer-based for third-party games, how game content is delivered (iframe versus API), the public API surface for front-end builds, the SLA and uptime figures, and which third-party odds feed powers the sportsbook in each market. Game studios integrate directly with Soft2Bet (Swintt and SlotMatrix have announced integrations), which indicates a proprietary aggregation layer rather than a resold aggregator.
Clients and track record
Publicly named B2B relationships are limited:
- Channels Media Group (Nigeria): multi-year turnkey and managed-services deal signed January 2025 to run Waddibet.com/ng with MEGA integrated.
- World Poker Tour (Ontario): brand-licensing agreement announced 30 June 2026 for WPT Royale, an online casino and sportsbook that Soft2Bet builds and operates under its own Ontario registration, launch pending regulatory approval.
- Caesars Entertainment (New Jersey): market-access agreement for the group's own brand Betinia, live since June 2026; Caesars is a partner, not a platform client.
The bulk of the track record is Soft2Bet's own portfolio: the site claims 9,000,000+ registered players, and the group launched five new brands in Q1 2026 alone (Lodur, Zinx, Betinia DK, Betoro, QuickCasino). For 2025 the company reported revenue up 85%, EBITDA up 103%, sportsbook GGR up 173% and casino GGR up 190%; it does not publish absolute figures. Awards in 2025 included Platform Provider of the Year and Product Launch of the Year (MEGA) at the Global Gaming Awards EMEA. Group headcount and office footprint beyond the Malta headquarters are not publicly disclosed.
Recent developments
- 2026-07: Investigate Europe and partners in 15 countries published the Soft2bet Files, alleging EUR 600m flowed through Cypriot entities from unlicensed casinos linked to the group and that 145+ sites are blacklisted by European regulators. Soft2Bet called the reporting an incorrect and misleading interpretation of its corporate structure. By 27 July AGCO (Ontario) and GRAI (Ireland) had confirmed reviews; two named sites (OnlySpins, Betwarts) announced closures.
- 2026-07: Betinia Casino confirmed live in New Jersey via Caesars market access, one of three new NJ casino brands that month.
- 2026-06: Brand-licensing agreement with World Poker Tour for WPT Royale in Ontario.
- 2026-04: Q1 2026 update: five brands launched, Alberta licence application filed, Spain and Portugal approvals in progress, Q2 guidance of +20% revenue.
- 2026-02: 2025 results: revenue +85%, EBITDA +103%; target of doubling GGR and at least five new licences in 2026. Diego Simeone signed as ambassador for Betinia and CampoBet.
- 2026-01: ICE Barcelona briefing: catalogue at 9,600+ titles, new MEGA engines (Clawee, Rally, Loot), MEGA11 concept announced.
- 2025-01: Spanish DGOJ general licence secured through acquisition of a licensed operator; turnkey deal with Channels Media Group in Nigeria.
How it compares
Versus EveryMatrix. EveryMatrix is a pure B2B supplier with separately licensable modules (GamMatrix PAM, CasinoEngine aggregation, OddsMatrix sportsbook, BonusEngine, MoneyMatrix, PartnerMatrix) that publishes quarterly results. It has no competing B2C brands, a broad public client list and its own odds engine. For a new operator launch, EveryMatrix gives you more module choice and an in-house sportsbook; Soft2Bet gives you a more opinionated, gamification-led package and operator know-how from running its own brands, at the cost of conflict-of-interest questions.
Versus Altenar. Altenar is a Malta-based sportsbook specialist licensed by the MGA (B2B critical supply), UKGC, AGCO and ONJN, usually integrated into a third-party PAM. On odds management, Altenar and EveryMatrix (OddsMatrix) both run their own trading and risk teams; Soft2Bet's sportsbook relies on an undisclosed feed with a risk layer on top, so if trading control matters, compare Altenar or OddsMatrix as the sportsbook component and judge Soft2Bet on PAM, casino and MEGA.
Versus SOFTSWISS. SOFTSWISS is the usual benchmark for crypto-friendly, fast turnkey launches with a large aggregator and a published client count; Soft2Bet is weaker on crypto and start-up speed but stronger in locally licensed markets such as Ontario, Sweden, Denmark and New Jersey.
Questions to ask before signing
- Which Soft2Bet group brands operate, or plan to operate, in my target market, and what contractual protections (data segregation, non-compete on my player base, marketing walls) are offered?
- Which entity contracts with me, which licence covers my deployment, and what is the current status of the AGCO and GRAI reviews opened in July 2026?
- Who supplies the odds feed and trading in my market, and can I replace it with Kambi, Altenar or OddsMatrix later?
- Is the wallet seamless for all aggregated studios, and what is the documented API for building my own front end?
- Which MEGA engines are included in the base fee and which are priced as add-ons; can I see the uplift data behind the +65% NGR claim for a comparable market?
- What are the SLA, uptime history and hosting region for my jurisdiction?

Soft2Bet FAQ
Answers are generated from the profile data above and updated whenever the profile is re-verified.
How much does Soft2Bet cost?
Soft2Bet pricing in our directory is listed as a setup fee of €40,000 - €100,000 and a revenue share of 15.00% - 25.00% of gross gaming revenue. The entry setup cost is in line with the directory median of €35,000 across 62 platforms. Commercial terms are indicative and negotiable; confirm a written quote with Soft2Bet before budgeting.
Is Soft2Bet a white label or a turnkey platform?
Soft2Bet offers both models: a white label launch under the provider's licence and a turnkey deployment on your own licence. White label is faster and cheaper to start; turnkey gives you ownership of the licence, player data and commercial relationships.
How long does it take to launch a casino with Soft2Bet?
The vendor-stated launch time for Soft2Bet is 6 - 8 weeks. That is above the directory median of 4 weeks. Stated timelines assume your licence and payment providers are already in place; those, not the software, usually set the real go-live date.
Does Soft2Bet support cryptocurrency payments?
Soft2Bet lists cryptocurrency support in its profile, meaning the cashier can accept and pay out in crypto. Confirm which coins, custody model and fiat on-ramp are included, and check that your target licence permits crypto play.
Does Soft2Bet include a sportsbook?
Soft2Bet offers a sportsbook alongside casino, so both verticals can run on one wallet and back office. Ask whether trading and risk management are managed by the provider or by your team, and how the odds feed is priced.
Which markets and licences does Soft2Bet support?
Soft2Bet has not listed specific licences or supported markets in its profile. Ask for the licence numbers and verify them in each regulator's public register before contracting.
What are the best alternatives to Soft2Bet?
Based on deployment model, tier, verticals and budget, the closest alternatives to Soft2Bet in our directory are Delasport, GR8 Tech, Slotegrator and Altenar. Use the compare tool to view them side by side on setup cost, revenue share, launch time and ratings.
How do you rate Soft2Bet and is it reliable?
Our editorial rating for Soft2Bet is 8.5/10 (technology 9.0/10, support 8.5/10, pricing 7.0/10). It reflects published specifications, licence registers and operator feedback, not user reviews or paid placement. See our methodology page for how scores are built and what they do not cover.
Is Soft2Bet a casino or a software provider?
Both. Soft2Bet started in 2016 as an operator and still runs its own brands such as Betinia, CampoBet, YoYoCasino and ToonieBet under licences in Malta, Sweden, Denmark, Greece, Romania, Ontario, Mexico and New Jersey. It also sells the same platform, MEGA gamification layer and managed services to third parties, with Italy as an explicit B2B approval since 2023. Operators should treat it as a platform vendor that competes with its own clients in some markets.
What is Soft2Bet MEGA and does it work on other platforms?
MEGA (Motivational Engineering Gaming Application) is a gamification layer with named engines such as MEGA Clawee, Chance, Round, Loot and Rally, a 25-level rewards track, missions and cashback boosters. Soft2Bet sells it to B2B partners as toggleable modules and claims +65% NGR and +45% ARPU on its own brands. It is built for the Soft2Bet platform; standalone integration into a third-party PAM is not documented publicly, so ask for an integration spec if you are not taking the full stack.
EveryMatrix or Soft2Bet for a new operator launch?
EveryMatrix is a pure supplier with modular products (GamMatrix, CasinoEngine, OddsMatrix), its own odds engine and a long public client list; Soft2Bet is an operator-turned-vendor with a tighter package, strong gamification and first-hand experience in Ontario, Sweden, Denmark and New Jersey. Pick EveryMatrix if you want independence and module choice; pick Soft2Bet if gamification-led retention and a managed-services launch outweigh the conflict-of-interest question and the limited public B2B references.
Altenar vs Soft2Bet vs EveryMatrix for odds management?
Altenar and EveryMatrix (OddsMatrix) both run in-house trading and risk teams and sell the sportsbook as a standalone module that plugs into any PAM. Soft2Bet does not name the odds feed behind its sportsbook and sells it only as part of its turnkey platform. If trading margin control and market coverage are the deciding factors, shortlist Altenar or OddsMatrix for the sportsbook and evaluate Soft2Bet on PAM, casino aggregation and MEGA.
Are third-party reviews of Soft2Bet casino software reliable?
Most review pages ranking Soft2Bet casino software are affiliate or vendor-directory sites that do not disclose methodology or pricing sources. Check primary sources instead: the AGCO and New Jersey DGE registers, the company's own financial updates (85% revenue growth in 2025), named deals such as Channels Media Group and WPT Royale, and the July 2026 Investigate Europe reporting and regulator responses. Ask the vendor for client references in your target market before relying on any rating.
