BetConstruct in depth

Editorial research based on the vendor's public materials, regulator registers and trade press. Researched . Sources are listed at the end of this section.

BetConstruct is the B2B betting and gaming technology brand of the SoftConstruct group, founded in Armenia more than 20 years ago and run from a UK head office at 328 North End Road, London, with development centred in Yerevan and further offices in Malta, Monaco, Manila, Kyiv, Cape Town, Brazil, Peru and Uruguay. Since early 2026 it has marketed itself as "BetConstruct AI". The licensed supplier entity is Soft Construct (Malta) Ltd (C45929), which holds a Malta Gaming Authority B2B licence (MGA/B2B/286/2014) and UK Gambling Commission licences (account 40767). The core products are an online and retail sportsbook, casino and live casino content (including the group's own CreedRoomz, PopOK, Pascal and Kiss studios), poker, skill games and a back office called SpringBME, delivered as white label, turnkey, API or iframe. Sister brands FeedConstruct (odds and data) and Fastex/Fasttoken (crypto settlement) and the group-owned operator VBET sit alongside it.

Commercially BetConstruct is one of the few platform vendors that publishes setup fees and revenue-share bands for its sportsbook packages on its website, and in 2026 it has run deep regional discounts to win new partners. Operators choosing it get breadth of product and MGA and UKGC B2B licences, a Brazil localisation partnership and Groupe Partouche as a reference client, weighed against group-level questions: an affiliated B2C operator, nominee-held ownership layers and 2025 investigative reports about the founder that the company has denied.

Our verdict

Choose BetConstruct if you want a sportsbook-first turnkey or white label with retail, poker, in-house live casino and a published price list, backed by MGA and UKGC B2B licences. Look elsewhere if you need a vendor with no affiliated B2C operator, fully transparent ownership, US market access, or a lighter, casino-first stack where a 60/40 white-label revenue split and a €20K-plus setup fee would be hard to justify.

Products and modules

BetConstruct lists its stack under the names below. Figures are the vendor's own as published in October 2026 unless a press source is cited.

  • Sportsbook: 120+ sports, 140K+ pre-match events and 90K+ live matches a month, 3,000+ leagues, historical data on 2 million+ matches, 20+ languages. Betting tools include Edit Bet, SuperBet, Banker, Counter-Offer, BetPrompt, Quickbet, Book a Bet and SMS betting. Channels: web, iOS, Android and retail betshop with a browser-based Web Cashier.
  • Casino and live casino: 350+ game providers and 10,000+ games through the API, plus group studios CreedRoomz (live dealer), PopOK Gaming, Pascal Gaming and Kiss Gaming. KISS AI Live Casino (announced January 2026) launched with six AI-generated roulette dealers whose appearance, clothing and backgrounds operators can configure. Choice Gaming (January 2026) supplies HTML5 slots, instant and crash games in 20+ languages on a "full rights, lifetime access" model and claimed 1,000+ sites at launch.
  • Poker Network, skill games, virtual sports and a social gaming platform.
  • SpringBME: the business management environment (player accounts, wallet, bonus, CRM, risk, reporting) through which products, services and third-party content are activated and managed.
  • Front end: Spring Builder X (mobile-first site builder), CMS PRO and the CMS PRO and Bet Easy mobile apps.
  • Crypto and Web3: BetChain (crypto-ready platform with multi-wallet support) and settlement in Fasttoken (FTN), the native coin of the Bahamut blockchain, which BetConstruct adopted as its main settlement method on 1 February 2023.
  • Retail: PopOK slot machines for land-based venues alongside the betshop sportsbook.
  • Group services: FeedConstruct odds feed and BetGuard risk tool (700 traders, 2,000+ scouts, 99.6% odds availability under SLA, 140,000 pre-match events a month); Eventbook prediction markets, fed with ADI Predictstreet's World Cup 2026 product and streaming; Last Battle Universe B2B loyalty programme.

Pricing and commercial model

Unusually for the sector, BetConstruct publishes headline terms on its sportsbook product page. As displayed in October 2026:

PackageSetup feeRevenue share
Sportsbook, Classic CMS / Spring Builder X / Full package€19.9K (€25K with multi-wallet)Turnkey: 10–16% to BetConstruct
White labelas above60% BetConstruct / 40% partner (as shown on the vendor page)

Monthly platform minimums, CRM and risk-tool fees and casino-only packages are not on the public page; because third-party reviews quote different splits, confirm the current rate card in writing.

In August 2026 the vendor announced "The Purest Sportsbook" offer: 65% off setup for LatAm, Africa and Asia and 50% elsewhere, a three-month fee waiver on the core suite (Sportsbook, CreedRoomz, PopOK, Pascal, Kiss Gaming, Poker Network), 12 months of free sportsbook for new LatAm partners, free sportsbook until 31 December 2026 for existing LatAm partners, and 51% off third-party integrations, for contracts executed by 1 October 2026. That deadline has passed, but it indicates the discount depth available in negotiation. FeedConstruct has offered BetGuard with no minimum fee and doubled Odds Feed coverage as trade-show promotions.

Contracts can be settled in FTN; ask how exchange-rate risk is handled if you do not want crypto exposure.

Licences, certifications and markets

Malta. Soft Construct (Malta) Ltd, registration C45929, Luxe Pavilion, Portomaso, St Julian's, holds MGA licence MGA/B2B/286/2014 (Gaming Service licence; the vendor cites issue on 1 August 2018 under the current licence format).

Great Britain. UK Gambling Commission account 40767, Soft Construct (Malta) Limited: Gambling Software (active since 7 May 2015), General Betting Standard – Real Event (3 June 2016), Casino (7 November 2018), General Betting Standard – Virtual Event (12 October 2020) and Pool Betting (18 November 2020). Trading names on the register: betconstruct, creedroomz, pascal gaming, popok. Verify at gamblingcommission.gov.uk/public-register/business/detail/40767.

Other markets. Switzerland: CreedRoomz live tables for Groupe Partouche's PASINO.ch were agreed at SBC Summit Lisbon 2026, with go-live expected Q1 2027 subject to Swiss Federal Gaming Board approval. Brazil: partnership with OddsGate (September 2025) to localise the platform (PIX, Portuguese, automated compliance, 24/7 local support) for licensed Brazilian operators. The vendor lists offices in Brazil, Peru, Uruguay, South Africa, the Philippines and Ukraine. The company holds no US licences. Test-lab certifications are not listed on the public site; request GLI or equivalent certificates per jurisdiction.

Corporate structure. Reporting by CIReN, based on an OCCRP investigation (February 2025), describes Soft Construct CJSC (Armenia) as owned 50/50 by brothers Vigen and Vahe Badalyan, with an Isle of Man parent (Soft Construct Limited) held through Boston Nominees Limited and four Malta companies. The same reporting alleged that the founder supplied betting infrastructure to unlicensed Turkish sites; Soft Construct's lawyers called the claims "completely false and unsubstantiated". We found no regulator announcement on the matter, and the MGA and UKGC licences were active at the time of research. Operators in regulated markets should expect their own licensing authority to ask about it.

Technology and integration

Four delivery models are offered: white label (BetConstruct hosts and operates the site), turnkey (partner brands and runs a full instance on its own licence), standalone API, and iframe embedding of the sportsbook into an existing site.

  • Swarm API: delivers sports and game data to a custom front end built by the operator.
  • Partner API: integrates BetConstruct's sportsbook, casino and other products into an existing platform and wallet; an Odds Feed API is sold separately.
  • Iframe: the partner help centre documents embedding the Spring Builder X sportsbook via iframe for operators who keep their own account and wallet.
  • Wallet: the sportsbook page lists single-wallet, multi-currency and crypto-wallet options; the API model is integrated with the partner's balance. Confirm seamless-wallet behaviour, rollback handling and settlement timing in the integration spec.

Documentation and the partner support hub (help.betconstruct.com) are public in part but mostly behind partner login. Hosting locations, uptime SLAs and disaster-recovery objectives are not published and should be set in the contract. Turkish-speaking operators searching for "BetConstruct API entegrasyonu" will find the same Partner API and iframe routes; the vendor's public documentation is in English.

Clients and track record

The vendor does not publish a current operator count, and the group-owned operator VBET runs on the platform. Publicly documented external relationships include Groupe Partouche (PASINO.ch live casino from 2027 through CreedRoomz) and Brazilian operators served through the OddsGate partnership. Choice Gaming claimed deployment on 1,000+ websites in January 2026 and FeedConstruct claims 300+ partners; both are group claims, not audited counts.

Scale indicators: SoftConstruct reports 6,000+ employees and 16 branch offices group-wide; BetConstruct's own headcount is not disclosed. Leadership: Lena Yasir, formerly Chief Commercial Officer at Pragmatic Play with earlier roles at Evolution and Play'n GO, became CEO of BetConstruct AI in June 2026; co-founder Vigen Badalyan remains the public face of product launches.

How it compares

Versus Digitain. Both are Yerevan-rooted, sportsbook-first vendors selling white label, turnkey and API with retail. Digitain does not publish a rate card; BetConstruct does. BetConstruct has in-house live casino, poker and a data company inside the group, whereas Digitain relies more on third-party content. Both have group-affiliated operators, which some regulators treat as a conflict to be disclosed.

Versus SOFTSWISS. SOFTSWISS is casino-first with a larger aggregator and crypto cashier and sells its sportsbook as an add-on; BetConstruct's sportsbook, trading services and retail are deeper. SOFTSWISS does not publish prices. For a sports-led brand in Europe or LatAm, BetConstruct is the closer fit; for a crypto casino, SOFTSWISS is.

Versus Kambi. Kambi is a sportsbook-only supplier with no affiliated B2C operator and no casino; it suits regulated operators that already have a PAM. BetConstruct offers the whole stack and a published entry price but carries the group-conflict and ownership-transparency questions described above.

Questions to ask before signing

  1. Which revenue-share split applies to my package (the published 60/40 white-label split or a negotiated rate), and what are the monthly minimums for the core suite, CRM and risk tools?
  2. Under which entity and licence will my brand operate: Soft Construct (Malta) Ltd under MGA/B2B/286/2014, my own licence, or an unregulated dot-com deployment?
  3. How is VBET, the group's own operator, separated from my data, trading limits and pricing in SpringBME?
  4. Can you provide written confirmation of the ownership chain (Armenia, Isle of Man, Malta) for my regulator's suitability review, and any correspondence with the MGA or UKGC concerning the 2025 OCCRP reporting?
  5. For API or iframe integration: wallet model, sandbox access, latency and settlement SLAs, and the uptime commitment for the sportsbook, casino and payments components?
  6. If I settle in FTN, who bears the exchange-rate risk and can I opt for fiat invoicing?
  7. What are the exit terms: data export format, migration assistance, and notice periods for turnkey versus white label?

BetConstruct FAQ

Answers are generated from the profile data above and updated whenever the profile is re-verified.

How much does BetConstruct cost?

BetConstruct pricing in our directory is listed as a setup fee of €40,000 - €120,000 and a revenue share of 15.00% - 30.00% of gross gaming revenue. The entry setup cost is in line with the directory median of €35,000 across 62 platforms. Commercial terms are indicative and negotiable; confirm a written quote with BetConstruct before budgeting.

Is BetConstruct a white label or a turnkey platform?

BetConstruct offers both models: a white label launch under the provider's licence and a turnkey deployment on your own licence. White label is faster and cheaper to start; turnkey gives you ownership of the licence, player data and commercial relationships.

How long does it take to launch a casino with BetConstruct?

The vendor-stated launch time for BetConstruct is 4 - 6 weeks. That is in line with the directory median of 4 weeks. Stated timelines assume your licence and payment providers are already in place; those, not the software, usually set the real go-live date.

Does BetConstruct support cryptocurrency payments?

BetConstruct lists cryptocurrency support in its profile, meaning the cashier can accept and pay out in crypto. Confirm which coins, custody model and fiat on-ramp are included, and check that your target licence permits crypto play.

Does BetConstruct include a sportsbook?

BetConstruct offers a sportsbook alongside casino, so both verticals can run on one wallet and back office. Ask whether trading and risk management are managed by the provider or by your team, and how the odds feed is priced.

Which markets and licences does BetConstruct support?

Licences recorded for BetConstruct in our directory: Malta Gaming Authority, Estonia Tax Board, Curacao eGaming; supported markets include Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Malta, Romania. Always verify licence numbers in the regulator's public register before contracting.

What are the best alternatives to BetConstruct?

Based on deployment model, tier, verticals and budget, the closest alternatives to BetConstruct in our directory are SOFTSWISS, SoftGamings, EveryMatrix and Delasport. Use the compare tool to view them side by side on setup cost, revenue share, launch time and ratings.

How do you rate BetConstruct and is it reliable?

Our editorial rating for BetConstruct is 9.0/10 (technology 8.5/10, support 8.5/10, pricing 6.0/10). It reflects published specifications, licence registers and operator feedback, not user reviews or paid placement. See our methodology page for how scores are built and what they do not cover.

Who owns BetConstruct and where is it headquartered?

BetConstruct is the B2B brand of the SoftConstruct group, founded in Armenia more than 20 years ago by brothers Vigen and Vahe Badalyan, who according to 2025 investigative reporting hold Soft Construct CJSC 50/50; an Isle of Man parent is held through a nominee company. The UK head office is at 328 North End Road, London, development is in Yerevan, and the licensed supplier is Soft Construct (Malta) Ltd in St Julian's. Lena Yasir has been CEO since June 2026. The group also owns the operator VBET.

What licences does BetConstruct hold and how can I verify them?

Soft Construct (Malta) Ltd holds Malta Gaming Authority B2B licence MGA/B2B/286/2014 and UK Gambling Commission licences under account 40767 (gambling software since May 2015, real and virtual event betting, casino and pool betting). Check the UKGC public register entry for account 40767, which lists the trading names betconstruct, creedroomz, pascal gaming and popok, and request the MGA licence certificate from the vendor. BetConstruct holds no US licences; market-specific certifications should be requested per jurisdiction.

How does BetConstruct API integration work?

Two routes exist. The Swarm API streams sports and game data to a front end the operator builds. The Partner API connects BetConstruct's sportsbook, casino and other products to an existing platform and wallet, with an Odds Feed API available separately. Alternatively the Spring Builder X sportsbook can be embedded by iframe while the operator keeps its own account and wallet. Documentation sits in the partner help centre; sandbox access, wallet-rollback rules and SLAs are agreed in the integration contract.

What are SpringBME, FeedConstruct, Fasttoken and Pasino in relation to BetConstruct?

SpringBME is BetConstruct's back office, the environment where products, services and third-party content are switched on and managed. FeedConstruct is the group's sports data company supplying odds feeds, scouting data, streaming and the BetGuard risk tool. Fasttoken (FTN) is the native coin of the Bahamut blockchain, developed in the group's Fastex ecosystem and used as BetConstruct's main settlement currency since February 2023. Pasino is Groupe Partouche's brand: its Swiss PASINO.ch agreed in September 2026 to add CreedRoomz live casino from 2027.
