GamingTec in depth

Editorial research based on the vendor's public materials, regulator registers and trade press. Researched . Sources are listed at the end of this section.

Gamingtec is a London-founded B2B supplier of turnkey and white-label casino and sportsbook platforms, started in 2013 by Sapar Karyagdyyev. "Gamingtec" is a trading name rather than a legal entity: the vendor states that its project management and consultancy services are provided by EG Interactive LTD, a company registered in England at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London. A second UK company, Gamingtec Ltd, exists but files dormant accounts. The group lists offices in the UK and Cyprus and claims 400+ staff and 25+ clients.

The product line is sold under the "GT" prefix: GT Turnkey, GT White Label, GT Casino, GT Sportsbook, GT Payments, GT Affiliates, GT Studios and the Gamingtec Agent System. The commercial model is revenue share plus set-up and monthly fees quoted per project. The vendor positions itself at operators entering emerging and newly regulated markets (Africa, Latin America, CIS and, since August 2026, the UAE) rather than at tier-one European licensees: it does not declare MGA or UKGC approvals.

Our verdict

Choose Gamingtec if you want a mid-sized sportsbook-and-casino platform with an agent network module and a track record of working in African, Latin American and Gulf markets, and you are prepared to verify licence numbers and hosting details in writing. Look elsewhere if you need a supplier with published MGA or UKGC B2B approvals, audited financials or a public operator client list.

Company structure, revenue and the Sportingtech question

Three questions dominate search traffic for this vendor, so they are answered up front.

  • Ownership. Gamingtec was founded in London in 2013 by Sapar Karyagdyyev, who remains its chief executive and is recorded at Companies House as the person with significant control of Gamingtec Ltd (company no. 12876520, incorporated 13 September 2020). The vendor's own legal notice says "Gamingtec is not a legal entity but a trading name used by various legal entities", and that project management and consultancy are delivered by EG Interactive LTD (company no. 09569922, incorporated 30 April 2015, Covent Garden, London). Which entity contracts with operators, and under which jurisdiction, must be confirmed at term-sheet stage.
  • Revenue. Not publicly disclosed. Gamingtec Ltd files dormant-company accounts (latest to 30 September 2025) and EG Interactive LTD files unaudited abridged accounts (latest to 30 April 2025), neither of which publishes turnover. Third-party databases such as ZoomInfo estimate revenue at roughly USD 14.8 million and headcount at around 164 on LinkedIn, against the vendor's own claim of 400+ professionals; none of these figures is audited.
  • Gamingtec vs Sportingtech. They are unrelated companies with similar names. Sportingtech is a Malta-based supplier (Tigné Point) founded in 2009, whose Quantum platform was rebranded from "Pulse" in 2021 under CEO Ivo Doroteia. We found no shared ownership, acquisition, rebrand or directorship between the two in Companies House, either vendor's website or trade press. Treat them as competitors, not affiliates.
  • "Gamingtec Acton". This query refers to Gamingetc, a tabletop-games superstore at 531 Main St, Acton, Massachusetts. It has no connection to Gamingtec; the vendor has no Acton office.

Products and modules

Gamingtec sells a single modular platform (player account management, back office, CRM and reporting) and brands each front-end or service layer with the GT prefix.

  • GT Turnkey: the full platform on the operator's own licence, with the option to pick individual Gamingtec products.
  • GT White Label: template-based front end for a faster, cheaper launch; the vendor quotes 6–8 weeks to go live.
  • GT Casino: casino lobby with bonus engine and an aggregated library of 10,000+ titles. Named content partners on the vendor site include Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Playson, 3 Oaks, EGT Digital, Amusnet, Spribe, Endorphina, Booming Games, Evoplay, Microgaming, Play'n GO and Yggdrasil. GT Casino was named Best Online Casino Platform at MiGEA 2025 according to the vendor.
  • GT Sportsbook: in-house sportsbook with what the vendor describes as AI-assisted risk management; the August 2026 press release cites 210,000+ pre-match and live events per month. Named Best Online Sportsbook Provider at the SiGMA Africa Awards in March 2025.
  • GT Payments: the cashier and payment-integration layer inside the PAM. The vendor cites 70+ payment partners and 100+ currencies; KYC is supplied through a Shufti integration (May 2025) and fraud screening through Covery (May 2025). Routing, cascading and crypto rails are not documented publicly.
  • GT Affiliates: affiliate tracking, commission plans and reporting for acquisition programmes.
  • Gamingtec Agent System: presented in 2025; a multi-tier agent and sub-agent module with commission models, deposit and withdrawal oversight and automated payouts, aimed at cash-based markets in Africa, Latin America and Asia.
  • GT Studios: in-house slot studio plus the aggregation feed.
  • Poker: added to the platform ecosystem in early 2026 according to a vendor interview with its poker product manager.

Pricing and commercial model

Gamingtec does not publish price lists. Contracts are quoted per project and, according to the vendor's own guides, combine a set-up fee, a monthly platform fee and a revenue share on GGR; one third-party directory cites a revenue share of around 10 per cent, but that is not a primary source. The catalogue card above shows our indicative set-up range for a vendor of this tier. Payments pricing is also custom: the vendor is listed on payment directories as "quoted on engagement".

What to pin down in negotiation: whether GT Payments is billed separately from the platform, who holds the PSP merchant accounts, whether the white-label option runs on a Gamingtec licence (and in which jurisdiction) and the minimum monthly fee that applies once the launch period ends.

Licences, certifications and markets

The vendor site states that its services are "compliant in" Curaçao, Isle of Man, Anjouan, Portugal, Poland and Mexico. No licence or certificate numbers are published for any of these jurisdictions, a point raised by independent reviewers; ask for the registration numbers in writing. Gamingtec does not claim Malta (MGA) or UK (UKGC) B2B approvals.

The one verifiable regulatory event is recent: on 12 August 2026 Gamingtec announced a Gaming-Related Vendor licence from the UAE General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA), which allows it to supply its platform and products to licensed operators in the Emirates. Chief Commercial Officer Suren Khachatryan called it "an important milestone".

Market focus is evident from the 2025–2026 event calendar: SiGMA Africa (Cape Town), GTSA Kenya, SBEA+ Tanzania, SBWA+ Ghana, GAT Expo Mexico, SAGSE Panama, SBC Americas, BEGE Sofia, SBC Lisbon, SiGMA Central Europe (Rome) and ICE Barcelona. The igamingexpert.com year-end feature says the company added eight partners in 2025 and expanded in regulated markets, without naming the countries.

Technology and integration

Gamingtec describes a single API-driven platform in which player account management, payments, CRM, retention tools and back-office administration sit in one stack, with casino aggregation, sportsbook feeds, PSPs, affiliate, KYC and fraud tools plugged in as modules. Operators can bring their own PSPs and local payment methods into the PAM.

  • Game delivery: casino content is served through the vendor's aggregation layer; the wallet model (seamless vs transfer) and whether games are iframed are not documented publicly.
  • Sportsbook: proprietary front and back office; the vendor cites 50,000+ live and 40,000+ pre-match events per month on its homepage and 210,000+ combined events in its August 2026 release, so ask which feed partners sit behind those numbers.
  • Third-party integrations named by the vendor: Shufti (KYC), Covery (fraud), Xtremepush (CRM, via a testimonial), plus the studios listed above.
  • Hosting, uptime SLA and ISO 27001: not publicly disclosed. These should be contractual items, not assumptions.

Clients and track record

Gamingtec says it serves 25+ clients but does not publish an operator roster. The only operator named in trade coverage is Worldstar Betting Ghana, cited in SiGMA's report of the 2025 Africa award; the vendor homepage carries a testimonial from the operator brand BETTERS. Everything else that is public concerns supply-side partners: Eurasian Gaming (January 2025), 1spin4win (May 2025; the vendor announced 50+ titles, Gambling Insider reported 150+), Mancala Gaming and Barbara Bang (May 2025, 70 games), ICONIC21 live and virtual games (June 2025), Popiplay (July 2025), AvatarUX and Games Inc (2025).

Track record indicators: 13 years in operation, two industry awards in 2025, and the UAE vendor licence in 2026, which required a suitability review by the GCGRA. Weaknesses are the thin public client list and the absence of audited financials; insist on two live operator references in your target market.

Recent developments

How it compares

Versus Sportingtech. The name twin. Sportingtech is Malta-based, sportsbook-led (Quantum platform) and has been certifying for Latin American regulated markets since 2021. Gamingtec is London-registered with a broader module set (agent system, affiliates, own payments layer) and a UAE vendor licence; neither publishes pricing.

Versus SOFTSWISS. SOFTSWISS is several times larger, holds published MGA and Curaçao B2B approvals, and leads on crypto-native casino operations. Gamingtec is cheaper to reach at the sales stage and more oriented to agent-driven and African markets, but offers less regulatory paper trail.

Versus Digitain. Digitain (Yerevan) runs a bigger sportsbook trading operation and a longer list of regulated certifications. Gamingtec competes on flexibility and account management for smaller operators rather than on trading depth.

GamingTec FAQ

Answers are generated from the profile data above and updated whenever the profile is re-verified.

How much does GamingTec cost?

GamingTec pricing in our directory is listed as a setup fee of €25,000 - €60,000 and a revenue share of 15.00% - 22.00% of gross gaming revenue. The entry setup cost is below the directory median of €35,000 across 62 platforms. Commercial terms are indicative and negotiable; confirm a written quote with GamingTec before budgeting.

Is GamingTec a white label or a turnkey platform?

GamingTec offers both models: a white label launch under the provider's licence and a turnkey deployment on your own licence. White label is faster and cheaper to start; turnkey gives you ownership of the licence, player data and commercial relationships.

How long does it take to launch a casino with GamingTec?

The vendor-stated launch time for GamingTec is 6 weeks. That is above the directory median of 4 weeks. Stated timelines assume your licence and payment providers are already in place; those, not the software, usually set the real go-live date.

Does GamingTec support cryptocurrency payments?

GamingTec lists cryptocurrency support in its profile, meaning the cashier can accept and pay out in crypto. Confirm which coins, custody model and fiat on-ramp are included, and check that your target licence permits crypto play.

Does GamingTec include a sportsbook?

GamingTec offers a sportsbook alongside casino, so both verticals can run on one wallet and back office. Ask whether trading and risk management are managed by the provider or by your team, and how the odds feed is priced.

Which markets and licences does GamingTec support?

GamingTec has not listed specific licences or supported markets in its profile. Ask for the licence numbers and verify them in each regulator's public register before contracting.

What are the best alternatives to GamingTec?

Based on deployment model, tier, verticals and budget, the closest alternatives to GamingTec in our directory are Delasport, Slotegrator, Altenar and GammaStack. Use the compare tool to view them side by side on setup cost, revenue share, launch time and ratings.

How do you rate GamingTec and is it reliable?

Our editorial rating for GamingTec is 7.8/10 (technology 8.0/10, support 8.5/10, pricing 8.0/10). It reflects published specifications, licence registers and operator feedback, not user reviews or paid placement. See our methodology page for how scores are built and what they do not cover.

Are Gamingtec and Sportingtech the same company?

No. Gamingtec is a London-founded supplier (2013, founder Sapar Karyagdyyev) whose services are delivered by EG Interactive LTD, registered in England. Sportingtech is a separate Malta-based platform provider founded in 2009 and known for its Quantum platform. We found no common ownership, acquisition or rebrand linking the two in Companies House, either company's website or trade press. The confusion comes from the similar names only.

What is Gamingtec's revenue?

Gamingtec does not disclose revenue. Its UK vehicles file either dormant accounts (Gamingtec Ltd) or unaudited abridged accounts (EG Interactive LTD), neither of which shows turnover. Commercial databases estimate roughly USD 14.8 million a year and around 160 LinkedIn-listed employees, while the vendor itself claims 400+ staff and 25+ clients. Treat all of these as unaudited estimates when sizing the supplier.

Where is Gamingtec headquartered, and is it in Acton?

Gamingtec lists offices in the UK and Cyprus; its contracting entity, EG Interactive LTD, is registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London. The "Gamingtec Acton" search results refer to Gamingetc, a tabletop-games store in Acton, Massachusetts, which is unrelated. There is no Gamingtec office in Acton, London.

What does GT Payments include?

GT Payments is the cashier and payment-integration layer of the Gamingtec platform rather than a standalone PSP. The vendor cites 70+ payment partners and 100+ currencies, with KYC handled through Shufti and fraud screening through Covery. Routing rules, cascading, crypto rails and fees are not published; ask who holds the merchant accounts and whether payments are priced separately from the platform.
